I'm Bridgitt Robertson — a Learning Designer and eLearning Developer with 20+ years of experience building digital learning solutions that actually work for the people who have to take them.

My career has taken me across government, SaaS, aviation, healthcare, legal, and professional services — designing for clients including the State of Georgia's Department of Administrative Services, Delta Airlines, Verizon, and Georgia-Pacific. Whether I'm building a microlearning module, a scenario-based course, or an AI-powered interactive experience, my approach is always the same: make it focused, make it relevant, and make it worth the learner's time.

Right now I'm deeply focused on AI literacy — designing learning experiences that help workplace professionals understand, use, and think critically about AI tools. Every asset in this portfolio was built using AI — not as a shortcut, but as a creative and instructional design partner.

Away from client work I write AI fiction — because understanding how people fear and misunderstand AI makes me a better designer.
